Lamberto Brunelli Award
Lamberto Brunelli, who lived in Bassano in his early years but moved to Vicenza for his business activities, always devoted much of his time to social and philanthropic activities, engaging in politics, sports, and volunteer work.
Always passionate about classical music and opera, he supported the Settimane Musicali al Teatro Olimpico (Olympic Theater Music Weeks) over the years with extraordinary esteem and friendship.
The Brunelli Award was established in 2011 by the Settimane Musicali al Teatro Olimpico and the Brunelli family, with the intention of continuing Mr. Brunelli's passion for supporting classical music in his city at the Teatro Olimpico, with a particular focus on young talent. The award has become an important event for young, extraordinary pianists from all over Italy.
